We are seeking an experienced Senior Vehicle Technician to support with vehicle build, testing and integration. This is an excellent opportunity for a Technician with a strong testing background looking to step up to the next challenge.
Build, strip and rework development and prototype vehicles to engineering specifications.
Prepare vehicles for durability, functional, and regulatory testing.
Support pre-production builds and provide feedback to Engineering teams.
Support Vehicle Testing in both the UK and Overseas.
Operate machinery and equipment in the assembly process, ensuring efficient workflow, and raising any issues during operation.
Perform end of line testing on assembled parts and full vehicle systems.
Demonstrate flexibility and support the business in achieving testing milestones and build events. Ability to work overtime when required.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role as a Vehicle Technician, with a level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent experience. You will have a good understanding of modern OEM vehicle principles, from chassis, suspension, driveline, electrics, HVAC, air suspension, light fabrication and interiors through to vehicle diagnostics, and associated equipment operation. IMI, OEM, or specialist manufacturer training would be advantageous.
