About the role:
As a Domiciliary Support Worker, you will assist with daily tasks such as domestic services, social support, personal care, medication support, meal preparation, and managing finances.
You will also support activities within the community and should be comfortable working in all weather conditions, as many supported individuals lead active lives.
This role involves supporting individuals with varying levels of learning disabilities and Autism. You will also be required to cover sleep-in shifts.
The role may include various shifts, including mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends. Sleep-in shifts include an allowance.
Previous experience is desirable but not essential. We value enthusiasm and a can-do attitude, and full training will be provided, including shadow shifts with experienced staff.
You must be over 18 years old, and it would be advantageous if you have a UK full driving license.
A DBS check for both adults and children will be required.
