The Role You will join an established and supportive Family team handling excellent quality privately funded work, including: Divorce and financial remedy matters High Net Worth financial settlements International elements (jurisdictional issues, overseas assets) Private children matters Cohabitation and pre/post-nuptial agreements The firm acts for a strong national client base, including business owners, professionals and individuals with complex asset structures.
High Net Worth & International Focus This is not volume legal aid work.
You will gain exposure to: Complex asset division Business and property portfolios Pensions and trust structures Cross-border considerations If you are ambitious and want to develop technically strong family expertise early in your career, this role will accelerate your development.
