Revenue Operations Analyst
Location: London (Hybrid)
An exciting opportunity to join a well-established, global Travel Management Company as a Revenue Operations Analyst. This newly created role sits at the heart of our commercial strategy, supporting the Global Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in delivering ambitious client acquisition targets across international markets.
You will be instrumental in analysing revenue performance, tracking sales metrics, and generating insights that inform strategic decision-making. Your work will directly impact how we optimize sales and marketing efforts across regions and verticals, ensuring data-driven decisions are at the core of our commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide detailed analysis of sales and revenue data to support strategic initiatives
* Track performance across regions and verticals to identify growth opportunities and gaps
* Optimize sales and marketing strategies through insightful reporting and forecasting
* Present complex data in an accessible, executive-ready format
* Collaborate with global sales teams to support performance and pipeline analysis
* Contribute to the development of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and market sizing strategies
* Work closely with the Global CRO on performance metrics, dashboards, and data-led planning
About You:
* Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting complex datasets to deliver actionable insights
* Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, and advanced Excel
* Solid understanding of sales metrics, funnel management, and market segmentation
* High attention to detail, with the ability to translate data into clear, compelling reports
* Confident communicator, skilled at presenting insights to senior stakeholders
* Strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for driving revenue growth
Preferred Experience:
* Previous experience in the travel management or professional services industry
* Experience working with global sales teams across regions such as the US, UK, EMEA, and APAC
* Familiarity with market sizing frameworks (TAM, SAM, SOM) and ICP development
