Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include serving customers, managing orders, managing delivery drivers, and maintaining a high standard of food safety and preparation. Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
* Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
* Serve food and beverages while adhering to food safety standards.
* Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
* Manage cash transactions and perform basic math calculations for billing purposes.
* Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.
* Maintain an organised front of house area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
* Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for customer satisfaction.
Experience
* Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is advantageous.
* Experience in serving or culinary roles will be beneficial for this position.
* Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
