Home Manager Nurse qualified - With turnaround experience

Up to £95,000 DOE.
40% Bonus + Private Medical + Exceptional Support.

Qualifications
* Nurse-qualified with an active NMC PIN
* Proven experience managing a nursing home with a minimum of 60 beds
* A track record of turning around underperforming care homes
* Strong understanding of CQC frameworks and delivering improved ratings
* Commercially astute with the ability to drive occupancy, strengthen referral pipelines, and stabilise financial performance
* A resilient, inspiring leadership style with the ability to unite, motivate, and develop teams
* Genuine passion for creating a culture of high‑quality, person‑centred care
Key Responsibilities
* Lead all operational and clinical functions of a large, complex service
* Develop and deliver a full turnaround strategy focused on quality, safety, and compliance
* Rebuild key external partnerships with commissioners, health professionals, and local authorities
* Drive occupancy by restoring confidence and enhancing reputation
* Inspire, coach, and develop your team to create a culture of accountability, pride, and shared purpose
* Position the home as a leading care provider in the region
