A successful and leading US law firm in London is seeking a Senior Fund Finance Associate (5+ PQE) to join its highly regarded finance practice.
Working with a market leading team, you will advise top-tier private equity sponsors, asset managers, and financial institutions on a broad range of complex fund finance transactions, including subscription line facilities, NAV facilities, GP financing, and hybrid structures. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing practice with significant deal flow and strong international reach.
The Role
You will play a key role in advising clients on sophisticated financing transactions and supporting the continued growth of the firm’s fund finance capability in London. Responsibilities will include:
* Advising lenders and sponsors on subscription credit facilities, NAV facilities, and other fund-level financings
* Leading transaction management and coordinating with international teams
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Supporting junior lawyers and contributing to business development initiatives
The ideal candidate will have:
* 5+ years’ PQE gained at a leading international or City law firm
* Strong experience in fund finance or leveraged finance with fund exposure
* Excellent technical skills and commercial awareness
* A collaborative approach and the ability to manage complex transactions
