Start date : January 2025, or sooner if possible Contract type : Permanent Salary: Band B: £24,796 to £25,583 pro rata Actual salary : £12,639 to £13.040 (based on term time only, 22 hours per week) Hours : 22 hours per week - 5 mornings and 2 afternoons Thank you for considering Woodlands Infant School for your next appointment. We are a two-form entry infant school for children aged 3–7, situated in Shirley, Solihull. Our children, staff, and governors wish to welcome into our team a passionate, dedicated, and caring Teaching and Learning Support Assistant who is committed to supporting every child to achieve their full potential. At our infant school, we nurture a love of learning through creativity, inclusivity and high expectations for all. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, patient, and adaptable, with a genuine interest in making a difference in the lives of young learners. You will support children with their learning and development, including those with additional needs, both in the classroom and through targeted interventions. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
