As part of the Planning team, the successful Town Planner will be working directly with high-profile clients offering planning advice, consultation and services. Cornwall Planning Group pride themselves in the quality of their work and the difference they make, therefore are seeking an individual who has a strong eye for detail. The successful Senior Town Planner will be leading and supporting the team prioritising workload and ensuring projects are delivered within pre-agreed deadlines.

Town Planner Position Overview
* Working on a wide variety of projects, including Residential, Commercial, Educational, Heritage and Commercial

Town Planner Requirements
* Degree qualified within a relevant subject
* Working towards Chartership with the RTPI or MRTPI status
* 3 - 5 years' experience within the industry
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to manage workload and time frames
