Randstad is hiring experienced Residential Support Workers to join children's services across Fife. You'll support young people with social, emotional, and behavioural challenges or disabilities-helping them grow, thrive, and feel safe.
Choose part-time or full-time hours, book shifts through our app, and enjoy the flexibility to work in a familiar service or explore new ones.

What you'll do:
* Be a vital part of a supportive team
* Provide 24-hour care to young people
* Support individuals with trauma and emotional needs
* Accompany them to school and community activities
* Maintain professional boundaries and care standards
* Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
What you'll need:
* Experience in residential childcare
* Flexibility and resilience
* Strong communication skills
* PVG scheme membership
* Full UK driving licence
* SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
