About the Role
Working from a modern business park near Swansea, the successful candidate will support legal, financial, and facilities aspects of commercial property management across the UK. This full-time, Monday to Friday post offers a great mix of independent and team work, alongside expert professionals and regular contact with third-party advisors.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver professional communication with clients, contractors, and colleagues (phone, email, in person).
* Maintain well-organized records and ensure documentation is accurate and compliant.
* Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations.
* Support basic bookkeeping using Sage accounting software.
* Arrange meetings, appointments, and site visits as needed.
* Uphold company policies and general health and safety compliance.
* Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
