Project Manager, Manchester, Hybrid, £500-£550 per day Outside IR35
We’re supporting a Pensions organisation undergoing a large-scale data migration programme and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery across the full migration lifecycle.
This is a hands-on role requiring a blend of project delivery, stakeholder management, data analysis and governance experience within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and manage the end-to-end migration delivery plan
* Coordinate business and technical stakeholders across multiple workstreams
* Drive data analysis, validation, reconciliation and issue resolution activities
* Manage RAID logs, governance reporting and cutover planning
* Support testing readiness, defect triage and go-live activities
* Support testing and cutover readiness including data reconciliation sign-off, defect triage, and go/no-go inputs.
Skills required
* Proven experience delivering complex data migrations
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Solid data analysis and reconciliation experience
* Experience managing risks, issues and governance reporting
* Background working within regulated financial services environments
Nice to have:
• SQL Server / SQL query experience
• Pensions administration knowledge
