A West London based law firm are currently recruiting an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary or Career Paralegal with at least 4 solid years experience in Conveyancing to join their team. This is a full time, office based role.
Conveyancing Legal Secretary experience to include
* Produce legal documents, letters, and emails from audio or copy.
* Handle general office duties like photocopying, printing, and scanning.
* Manage incoming and outgoing post and emails efficiently.
* Open, close, and maintain well organized client case files.
* Maintain diaries and schedule client appointments and meetings.
* Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing updates.
* Liaise with estate agents, other solicitors, and third parties.
* Prepare legal forms and draft documents like contracts.
* Update client information using case management software.
* Use the Land Registry portal for applications and registrations.
Requirements for this Conveyancing Legal Secretary vacancy
* Proven experience working in a conveyancing role - minimum of 4 solid years experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A keen eye for detail and accuracy in your work.
* Strong time management and organisational skills.
