Those Huge Small Victories
Our teachers are fulfilled by making even the smallest positive changes in our young people, celebrating these 'huge small victories'. While they may seem minor, they contribute significantly to the young people's development.
Get out what you put in
You will work with children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs. Your role is to support their learning, development, and self-esteem. Resilience and dedication are essential, but the rewards are the huge small victories you will achieve.
It can be challenging, but the positive progress makes it worthwhile. As a Teacher at Witherslack Group, you'll receive support from in-house psychologists, teaching assistants, and therapy professionals. Our colleagues are highly skilled, and our resources are excellent, supporting your successful teaching career.
