The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out high-quality vehicle paint spraying and refinishing work, ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer and insurance standards. Key Responsibilities * Preparing vehicles for paintwork, including masking and priming. * Colour matching and mixing paints to ensure seamless repairs. * Spraying vehicles to a high standard, maintaining attention to detail. * Ensuring all work complies with health & safety and quality requirements. * Working efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining excellent workmanship. Requirements * Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer in a bodyshop/accident repair environment. * Strong knowledge of paint application techniques and materials. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * High level of accuracy and attention to detail. * A full UK driving licence is desirable.
