We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our service team, supporting clients with AV and building technology systems. You'll work across our London office and directly on client sites, resolving technical issues, conducting preventative maintenance, and ensuring excellent customer experience. This role is hands-on and varied, covering troubleshooting and diagnostics, site health checks, system updates, and client-facing service reviews.
What You’ll Do
* Respond to support tickets and diagnose issues remotely or onsite
* Carry out site visits, repairs, health checks, and RMAs
* Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and inventory records
* Liaise with account managers, vendors, and client site teams
* Ensure all work aligns with health & safety and client site protocols
* Attend service reviews and provide technical insights
What You’ll Bring
* Experience with AV systems (Crestron, Extron, AMX, Biamp, BSS)
* Knowledge of CCTV, access control, lighting, and BMS
* Solid networking fundamentals (IP, VLANs, troubleshooting)
* Ability to read schematics and apply firmware/security updates
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Calm, adaptable, and proactive under pressure
* Willingness to travel and pass security clearance
