Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide senior-level support and leadership within the service
2. Administer and manage medication effectively
3. Develop and implement personalised care plans
4. Support individuals with complex needs to achieve their personal goals
5. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care
Requirements:
6. Minimum 6 months experience in a senior position within social care
7. Clinical background with medication management experience
8. Confident and enthusiastic with strong leadership skills
9. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends
10. Bubbly, calm, and positive demeanour
11. Commitment to ongoing training and development
What We Offer:
12. Competitive pay of £13.54 per hour
13. 37.5 hours per week, day shifts
14. Temporary to permanent contract (complete 500 hours with AJ Recruitment)
