The Team and Role This team is very successful, driven and loves a challenge. They work with some of our biggest clients across the group and have provided IT solutions to a range of high profile clients and projects. This position is charged with looking after and growing a diverse portfolio of our existing IT solutions accounts. Working closely with the new business team to achieve our revenue targets and deliver world class services and solutions to our blue chip clients. The Requirements This role will be responsible for building multi-level relationships within the assigned IT Managed Service accounts to develop and maintain key account plans to achieve sales targets. You Will: Manage account management sales process from initial opportunity through to the securing of the client purchase order Pro-actively generate and close new business opportunities across the portfolio of assigned accounts Build effective relationships both internally and externally and be able to demonstrate a range of influencing styles and techniques Take the lead in delegating projects and managing workflows. Produce sales proposals and deliver sales presentations, providing accurate and timely forecasts for the Head of Account Management and Sales Director when we required. Maintain a high level of understanding of the Managed Service sales value proposition and be able to present these in context to meet a clients needs. We would like you to: Previous experience as an Account Manager Sold IT Managed Services (Desktop support, Modern workplace, Public/Hybrid cloud, outsourced IT Services) Be self motivated, tenacious, disciplined, enthusiastic and resilient Have outstanding networking and communication skills, written and oral Have excellent problem solving skills and be able to devise and implement strategies beneficial to Advanced and our clients Have effective time management skills
