Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, passionate leader to head our Performing Arts Faculty (Music & Drama). The successful candidate will inspire teachers, drive curriculum excellence, and cultivate a culture of lifelong learning.
The Candidate & The Role
Are you an inspirational Performing Arts specialist ready to take on a Head of Faculty role? We look for an energetic leader with strong background in Music (essential teaching ability) and a deep knowledge of Teaching and Learning. The role is ideal for experienced subject teachers seeking progression into senior leadership or current Department Heads wishing to join a high‑performing organisation.

Qualifications & Experience
* Experienced subject teacher in Music or Drama, or a similar performing arts discipline.
* Experience in senior leadership or current Department Head role.
* Strong background in teaching and learning with evidence of supporting curriculum development.
Faculty & Resources
Music department has two well‑resourced rooms with Mac computers, keyboards (GarageBand), and instruments (guitars, ukuleles). Five practice rooms support rehearsals. The Drama department has two purpose‑built teaching spaces with stage lighting and curtains and access to a versatile performance space with professional audio‑visual equipment.
