🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead and grow our private pay homecare service across Knutsford
* Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and families
* Design bespoke, high-quality care packages that exceed expectations
* Recruit, mentor, and inspire a team of compassionate care professionals
* Ensure CQC excellence through exceptional leadership and compliance
* Develop new business opportunities and partnerships in the community
* Oversee budgeting, planning, and continuous improvement

You’ll need:
✅ NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
✅ Proven experience managing a high-quality homecare service
✅ Deep understanding of CQC standards and compliance
✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills
✅ Strong business development and people management experience
✅ Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
