Overview
Customer Team Member – Location: Dewhurst Terrace, Sunniside, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE16 5LP. Pay: £12.60 per hour. Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time. Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview. Full, paid training provided. We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. You’ll provide great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store such as re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages. What you’ll do
* Friendly and thoughtful service – put customers first in everything you do: respond to queries, champion Co-op products and Membership, and deliver a great shopping experience.
* Work with store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
* Keep the store safe and legal – stock shelves, check prices, dates, and temperatures.
* Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural and share experiences with colleagues so everyone learns together.
* Support your local community – get involved in activities and events.
