Marketing Manager

This position is responsible for developing and executing SG Fleet UK's marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The position leads all aspects of marketing within SG Fleet UK working closely with the Marketing team in Australia ensuring that marketing initiatives are aligned with the broader Group's strategic organisational goals.
Responsibilities
* Lead the development and delivery of a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports organisational goals, enhances brand visibility, and drives customer engagement across all channels
* Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social channels. Create and manage compelling content that aligns with brand messaging and audience needs
* Plan, promote, and execute events (internal and external) that support brand and business objectives. Manage sponsorship opportunities and relationships to maximise exposure and return on investment
* Oversee digital platforms including website, SEO, SEM, and social media. Monitor performance metrics and analytics to optimise campaigns and report on effectiveness
* Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives are well‑coordinated, timely, and aligned with organisational priorities
* Manage the marketing budget and external suppliers to ensure cost‑effective delivery of services and materials, maintaining quality and brand consistency
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy, identify opportunities, and support business development and innovation
Experience and Skills
* Demonstrated depth and breadth of experience across a range of marketing functions
* Proven ability to operate independently in a stand‑alone capacity
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver end‑to‑end marketing initiatives
* Demonstrated track record of executing successful events and leveraging sponsorships
* Demonstrated experience in planning and executing targeted marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms and channels
* Understanding of budget management and financial monitoring
* Effective conflict resolution and problem‑solving skills
* Good organisation and time management, including the ability to work well under pressure and managing tight deadlines
* Experience using CMS platforms and marketing automation solutions
* Understanding of SEO, email marketing, content writing, website management and digital advertising principles
* High degree of attention to detail
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or equivalent
