About the Role
:
The role is primarily for our planned works team, where you will be part of a team delivering high quality kitchens and bathrooms exclusively for our client Exeter City Council's tenants. Also, as part of our close knit electrical team, you may at times be asked for support with reactive repairs and maintenance across ECC’s portfolio of properties, working from ‘job’ to ‘job’, on a planned route with a wide range of general repairs and maintenance task. Previous experience will be a benefit and you will need to be self motivated (but with our full support) to excel in this role. An empathetic nature, with a desire to improve people homes and living conditions, along with delivering high standards of work and service are key attributes for the role.

1. On the job experience
2. NVQ level 3 – Electrical
3. Test and inspection
4. 18th addition
5. Social housing experience preferable
6. Provide own hand tools
7. Full UK clean driving licence.

AM2E Assessment of Occupational Competence Electrotechnical - National Electrotechnical Training, Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations BS Level 3 - City & Guilds
