Assistant Project Manager - Severn Trent Framework
Location: Sheffield, with hybrid working and site visits as necessary
Hours: 40 hours/week with flexible start and end times
Responsibilities:
Supporting site teams on Severn Trent contracts by producing handover documentation to client standards. Liaising with site teams and external suppliers, and preparing documents such as Operations & Maintenance Manuals, Training Plans, Health & Safety Files, and Asset Data Registers.
Daily tasks include:
* Technical authoring and production of handover documentation
* Coordination of Carbon Capture data where applicable
* Effective communication with site teams, suppliers, and client representatives
* Attending operational and construction sites as required
Qualifications and skills:
* CSCS card or equivalent
* EUSR National Water Hygiene certification
* Full UK driving license
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SharePoint
