Are you an enthusiastic & talented football coach with a passion for working with young footballers? North Somerset Regional Talent Centre is hiring!
What is the role?
To coach and develop young players within the Regional Talent Centres structure.
What will you be doing?
* Potential to coach age groups between the ages of 5 and 16, maximising the opportunities for young players to reach their full potential across all age groups in-line North Somerset Regional Talent Centres philosophy.
* Working within the Regional Talent Centres syllabus, plan, prepare, deliver and evaluate coaching sessions.
* Preparing and conducting player/parent reviews on a termly basis.
* Contribute to and take part in a programme of continuing professional development as and when delivered by the Regional Talent Centre management team.
* Potential to coach and manage a Regional Talent Centre team age group within the Junior Premier League.
* Liaise with parents as required to communicate any new information.
Essential Experience
* Working with young players at a junior/youth level.
