Head of PPC – Leeds (Hybrid, 2 days in office)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of PPC to lead and shape the paid media strategy for high-profile clients with substantial budgets.
In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll be responsible for planning, managing, and optimising PPC campaigns, alongside paid social and display activity, to deliver outstanding results. You’ll act as the go-to expert, guiding both clients and internal teams, while ensuring the department stays at the forefront of innovation in a fast-changing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver a forward-thinking PPC roadmap
* Manage complex, high-budget campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and other platforms
* Mentor and train junior and mid-level team members
* Produce client-facing reports with actionable insights
* Contribute to new business pitches and forecasts
Skills & Experience:
* Extensive PPC experience, ideally in an agency environment
* Proven track record managing large-scale, high-budget campaigns.
* Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and SA360
* Google, Microsoft, and Meta certifications
* Experience managing paid social, display, and video campaigns (advantageous)
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
