The role involves improving Road Safety through education and enforcement. You will need good communication skills with an ability to work accurately while performing a variety of clerical tasks.

Location: Parkway, Whiteley. (Near Fareham)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

About The Role
We are looking for team members who are accurate and have good attention to detail in their work, share good interpersonal skills and maintain a high level of professionalism. Your duties will include:
* Providing administrative support to the team
* Creating, updating and maintaining records
* Interrogating a variety of secure databases as necessary
* Liaising with an array of various agencies, companies and individuals both internal and external
* Dealing with correspondence via email, letter and telephone
* Using a range of specialised equipment to quality assure supporting evidence to a level required by Court.
Full bespoke training package provided during the first 12 weeks of appointment.
What We Need From You
You should be educated to QCF Level 2 (3-5 passes) OR have proven significant work experience deemed to have brought the post holder to a comparable level.
Experience of working in a busy administrative environment and undertaking complex administrative tasks to a high standard.
Experience of dealing with the public would be desirable
