Job Overview
As a Customer Experience Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Sales and Operational teams to streamline and enhance the customer experience.. The primary focus will be delivering an exceptional service to clients, suppliers and funders.
Responsibilities
1. Manage and coordinate the sales process with clients, suppliers and funders
2. Conduct credit searches, prepare finance proposals and liaise effectively with funders and sales teams
3. Generate all necessary finance documentation
4. Raise invoices and ensure timely payments
5. Accurately recording processes using CRM system
6. Capture and maintain comprehensive details
7. Generate build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients, suppliers and funders
8. Identify opportunities for other products
9. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, standards and policies.
