THE COMPANY
This pioneering AI-first fintech startup is developing a platform that uses advanced AI and RAG-based agentic architecture to transform how corporate and investment banks operate. By aggregating and analysing vast datasets, their collaborative agent system predicts client needs before they arise, delivering the “silver bullet” of foresight to financial institutions. With an intelligent data lake that learns continuously, this technology has the potential to revolutionize B2B sales productivity and client service delivery on a global scale.
THE ROLE
As CTO, you’ll be both an architect and a builder — a hands-on leader who can turn an ambitious vision into a scalable, intelligent platform. You’ll own technology decisions, defining the product roadmap, and build a world-class engineering and data team. From shaping the MVP to driving innovation and investor credibility, this is a rare opportunity to create lasting impact in an emerging AI frontier.
Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:
* Leading all aspects of technology strategy, architecture, and execution for the Predictive Intelligence platform.
* Designing and overseeing the development of the MVP and scaling it to enterprise-grade readiness.
* Building and mentoring a high-performing engineering and data team from the ground up.
* Partnering closely with the founding team on product direction, innovation, and go-to-market execution.
* Owning decisions around tech stack, tooling, and infrastructure — balancing innovation with practical delivery.
* Driving technical credibility in investor and board meetings to support funding and growth.
* Staying hands-on and involved in product development to ensure excellence and scalability.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful CTO will have the following skills and experience:
* Proven experience building and scaling complex, data-driven or AI-based products (preferably from inception).
* Strong technical background with the ability to architect, build, and ship production-grade systems.
* Domain expertise in financial services, fintech, or B2B enterprise technology.
* Experience within startups or scale-ups
* Ability to attract and inspire technical talent, and credibility to engage with investors and board members.
* Deep curiosity for innovative AI technologies (e.g. RAG, agentic architectures, predictive analytics).
* A collaborative, driven personality with the motivation to build a company — not just a product.
