We are looking to recruit a new Assistant Manager for our shop in Bolton, Greater Manchester. We offer a permanent full-time position working a variety of shifts, 5 days from 7 each week, usually including at least one weekend shift.
Please note that for full-time positions, we generally require you to be fully flexible in your availability for work throughout the week, including weekends.
The salary offered for this position is between £30,240.00 - £31,392.52 per annum on a 43-hour contract.

As one of our assistant managers, you will:
* Work closely with the shop manager to run an efficient shop and provide excellent customer service.
* Be responsible for developing your team of retail assistants through coaching, mentoring, and feedback.
* Be accountable for the shop in the absence of the shop manager, ensuring customers are well looked after, deliveries are processed efficiently, and shop routines are maintained for safety, cleanliness, and tidiness.
* Take responsibility for motivating and guiding your team to control operational costs, including shrinkage, waste, and payroll.
* Support the shop manager with recruitment and induction of new team members.
