An opportunity for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor has become available with a tier 1 civil engineering company working on a major project valued at £60M in Hampshire.

The Role
* Working as part of a commercial team reporting to the Managing Quantity Surveyor, the Senior QS will be involved with every aspect of the commercial life cycle of schemes, including:
* Sub-contract monitoring and management, cost reporting and forecasting,
* Managing early warnings and change control, and agreeing on final accounts with the supply chain.
* Stakeholder Management
* Cost and Value Reporting
* Supporting the operations team with commercial advice
* Providing leadership to junior Quantity Surveyors
