What we are looking for:
We are seeking a professional and experienced individual to join our growing Commercial team. As an Account Controller, you will support the Sales Director in delivering strategic projects for all customers across Red Meat & Slow Cooked categories, development plans, and new business wins. You will also support and lead Commercial Managers in achieving their KPIs with their customers and align the wider business with the customers' key objectives.
Key responsibilities of an Account Controller include:
* Managing the day-to-day commercial performance
* Delivering strategic projects with customers
* Supporting the Commercial team’s objectives
* Identifying and supporting workload required to secure new business
Required experience/expertise:
* Experience working within MFPE
* Experience working with UK Retailers in FMCG
* Project management skills
* Stakeholder management (both external and internal)
* P&L responsibility
* Demonstrated volume growth
