What you will do
* Assess and review the support needs of children and their parents or carers, ensuring their welfare is at the forefront.
* Attend court to advocate for the most appropriate Orders, whether revoking Care Orders or converting them to Special Guardianship Orders.
* Engage with children and their families, promoting a safe and supportive environment for the wellbeing of the child.
* Develop and sustain effective multi-agency working, collaborating closely with professionals from various disciplines to deliver comprehensive support.
* Support the discharge of Care Orders and children living with carers under Special Guardianship Orders, managing complexities and ensuring needs are met.
