Location: THE PIG - at Bridge Place, Canterbury, CT4 5BH
Salary: OTE £15.37 per hour, including tronc.
Hours: 40 hours per week, over 5 days.
A Chef de Partie role at THE PIG is unique. We source ingredients from local suppliers within a 25-mile radius, use our own kitchen garden produce, and craft menus that change regularly. Our chefs are passionate and dedicated to providing guests with an unforgettable dining experience, emphasizing creativity.
As Chef de Partie, you will oversee one of the four kitchen sections and have the opportunity to experience each section to gain comprehensive knowledge of the entire service.
