Role Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Non-patient Transport department. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join our team of Drivers in delivering a vital service across the South West. We can offer competitive rates of pay alongside enhanced rates for unsociable hours and weekend working/bank holidays.
About the Role

We have a delivery network covering Cornwall to Wiltshire and operate a 7 day a week service, 365 days of the year, providing goods to hospital settings. The position reports into a member of the Non-patient Transport Leadership Team.
You should be a highly motivated individual, with good physical fitness and a strong work ethic. Training will be given for all the delivery schedules.
The role involves duties across the network described above.
Responsibilities of the role:
* Ability to work alone
* Must be able to work to EU regulated hours
* Must have good organisational and communication skills
* Must have knowledge of the Road Traffic Act
Requirements of the role:
* Must have an in-date UK class 2 driving licence
* In date digital tachograph and Drivers CPC card
* A positive can-do attitude
* Professional, customer focussed approach is essential
* To carry out additional duties as required and deemed necessary
* To complete vehicle checks at the start and beginning of the driving schedule
* Have good geographical knowledge
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week
