This Good College (Ofsted, 2019) is hiring Classroom Assistants who are confident in delivering creative one-to-one sessions to students with special needs. This college is recruiting classroom assistants with/without experience who are creatively minded and enjoy working with young people. The role involves working with learners in a creative way on a one-to-one basis, primarily preparing them for adulthood. While supporting students individually, there are opportunities to assist in lessons such as music, art, and P.E., as well as working outdoors supporting students at local farms, work placements, and other non-educational organizations. These activities help students become more aware of life outside of education and prepare for their next steps.
The role includes:

* Full-time, Monday to Friday
