Job Title: AV Project Manager
Location: Letchworth + International Travel
Salary: £45,000–£55,000 per annum (DOE) + £4,800 car allowance + overtime

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Project Manager with a background in AV, automation, or marine technology to lead end-to-end delivery of complex international projects.
You’ll manage technical and commercial aspects, coordinate with engineering teams, and ensure client satisfaction throughout.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage AV and automation projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to specification.
• Organise and lead project meetings, including kick-off, progress updates, and end-of-project reviews.
• Coordinate resources, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractors.
• Maintain internal and external project documentation and schedules (MS Project).
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
• Manage financial performance, including cost tracking and reporting.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular progress updates.
• Oversee logistics, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Support team collaboration, training, and knowledge sharing.
What We’re Looking For:
• Project management experience in AV, automation, or marine environments (40m+ yachts preferred).
• Proven ability to deliver large-scale residential or marine projects.
• Strong knowledge of AV systems, control systems, lighting, HVAC, BMS, access control, and security integrations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and MS Project.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractors effectively.
• Full passport and driving licence required.
Desirable:
• EU passport or right to work in the EU without a visa
• Clean driving licence
• Additional languages (Dutch or German advantageous)
