The role:
* Lead the design and delivery of highways, drainage, and flood risk projects
* Mentor junior engineers and promote a collaborative, learning-focused team culture
* Manage project teams and coordinate with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
* Prepare and review detailed designs using Civil 3D, InfoDrainage, and related tools
* Contribute to bids, proposals, and business development efforts
About you:
* Degree in Civil Engineering (BEng/MEng)
* Chartered (or near chartered) with 8+ years' experience
* Solid knowledge of UK design standards and infrastructure delivery
* Proficient in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and drainage software
* Strong communication and leadership skills
