- £27,000 DOE (5% bonus potential) Jo Holdsworth Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading retailer based on the outskirts of Leeds, looking for an Internal Sales Executive / Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

You will be joining a passionate team, assisting the sales and operations departments to drive sales numbers.
Responsibilities: To assist the sales and operations teams to drive monthly sales numbers.
To manage the outstanding orders to ensure delivery dates agreed are met and ensuring regular calls with our customers and dealers.
To support with the customer order process / journey professionally and proactively.
To action, manage and resolve account enquiries and feedback.
Ownership and management of internal sales emails and telephone calls.
Administration of sales processing and related tasks.
Analysis and reporting of internal sales data.
Responsible for efficient and successful resolution of account complaints.
To support the Customer Experience Manager with B2C and B2B enquiries and bookings.
To work with Supply Chain to ensure requested delivery bookings are met on time, in full.
Be responsible for maintaining up to date contact details and log of communications within our CRM system for all accounts.
To support the Sales and Operations teams in driving, communicating promotional activity.
To provide support for upcoming shows – liaising Commercial Teams to ensure smooth deliveries and collections.
Drive consumer enquiries to accounts and / or the relevant Commercial Teams.
To support the ‘on-boarding’ of new accounts.
To carry out any other duties which may be required.
To offer exceptional customer service and promote Trust Pilot.
Experience / Skillset Previous experience in customer service role.
Must be IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Knowledge of Salesforce and/or NetSuite would be advantageous however is not essential.
Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, and the ability to deal with challenging conversations.
Have professionalism, confidence, and ability to work under own initiative.
Experience of working in a team and a dynamic office environment.
High level of product knowledge (training will be provided on this).
Planning and organizational skills essential.
Customer centric thinking.
Able to adapt to new challenges and a flexible attitude towards demands of the business.
Self-motivator and disciplined with good time management skills.
