Regional Sales Manager (International)

Global Nutrition & Healthcare Brand | North West London (NW2)

£80,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Monday–Friday | 9am–6pm

The Opportunity

We’re recruiting a Regional Sales Manager (International) to take ownership of key export markets and drive commercial growth across international channels.

In this role, you’ll shape regional strategies, develop distributor networks, and support brand performance across multiple global territories. It’s a particularly strong opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, diverse international environment.

Preferred Experience:

Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese and experience working within LATAM markets.


Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
* Identify and pursue new international commercial opportunities.
* Build, maintain, and influence relationships with distributors, key accounts, and healthcare professionals.
* Negotiate pricing structures, contracts, and commercial terms.
* Ensure compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and product registration requirements.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver regional activation and promotional campaigns.
* Support market expansion plans and new product launches.
* Deliver presentations and training sessions to healthcare professionals and KOLs.
* Produce accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and market insights.
* Travel internationally to strengthen customer relationships and regional presence.


About You

* Degree-qualified in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related discipline (MBA desirable).
* Proven international sales or export experience within pharma, FMCG, nutrition, or healthcare.
* Strong commercial acumen and business development experience.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Confident managing distributors and international stakeholders.
* Fluent in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese highly preferred.
* Experience working in LATAM markets strongly advantageous.
* Strategic thinker with analytical capability and a results-driven approach.
