We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the execution and optimisation of our paid social media campaigns and CRM (email, SMS, direct mail) programmes. This is an exciting opportunity for a digitally savvy, data-curious marketer to join a fast-growing, purpose-led brand and contribute to both acquisition and retention marketing efforts, developing your skills across paid media, CRM, and broader digital channels. You’ll work closely with the wider digital and creative teams to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly, on time, and on brand. At Wild Nutrition, we offer more than just a job. Requirements What you’ll be doing Support the setup, management, and optimisation of paid social campaigns, including Meta and TikTok. Assist in the creation and scheduling of email campaigns using Klaviyo. Assist with building segments and customer journey flows based on behaviour and lifecycle stage. (e.g. welcome series, abandoned cart). Monitor campaign metrics (e.g. CPA, CPC, CTR, OR, CVR) and help compile reports, and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion across paid social and email. Coordinate with creative and content teams to align messaging and creative across all customer touchpoints for ads, email, SMS, and direct mail. Help maintain campaign calendars and ensure deadlines are met. Support in testing, segmentation, QA, and continuous optimisation of all marketing activity. Liaise with customer care and wider digital teams to ensure marketing messages are accurate and timely. Essential skills we are looking for: 6 months experience with Meta Ads Manager and Tik Tok. Working knowledge of an email marketing platform, preferably Klaviyo. Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset. An understanding of key marketing metrics (e.g. CTR, CPA, ROAS, CVR). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in web analytics and paid media platforms, such as Shopify, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, GA4, Triple Whale is preferable. You're hands-on, organised and a competent collaborator. You have a willingness to get stuck in no matter how big or small the task.
