Qualifications and Experience
You will have a BSC degree in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent), be registered with the HCPC, have a postgraduate qualification and high levels of technical knowledge. Ideally, you will also have Radiation Protection Supervisor training and qualification.
As a Senior Radiographer, you will:
* See each patient as an individual, offering understanding and empathy
* Deliver a high-quality diagnostic imaging service for a varied caseload - in the department, on the ward and in theatre
* Work with leading practitioners and cutting-edge practices, equipment and facilities
* Carry out scoping to develop policies and procedures
* Supervise and develop junior colleagues
* Ensure a service of the highest quality is delivered with sensitivity and compassion
