ER Specialist, Employee Experience and Relations (EXR)

To support our rapidly growing network of drivers and delivery service providers, we are looking for ER Specialists to join our newly formed Driver Relations Team.
The central objective of Amazon's Driver Relations team is to ensure fair, respectful treatment of drivers, aligned with our core values and objectives. The individual will be responsible for creating a positive driver relations climate that promotes safety, capability, engagement, and a high-performance, customer-obsessed culture. The candidate should be capable of handling high volumes of tasks with minimal guidance, anticipating problems, creating contingency plans, managing multiple priorities, and organizing logistics.
A day in the life
1. Leverage understanding of driver challenges to prioritize programs and investments that improve their experience.
2. Collaborate with program, product, and tech teams to standardize initiatives and implement mechanisms for continuous improvement.
3. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and issues.
4. Engage with drivers in person or virtually to understand their experiences and document concerns.
5. Work with action owners to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
6. Prepare reports for leadership reviews in collaboration with ER and Business Program teams.
7. Travel to sites as needed to facilitate proactive voice listening mechanisms.
8. Apply employee and labor relations best practices to support strategies and address business needs.
9. Partner with stakeholders to drive engagement initiatives and capability building.
10. Implement employee surveys, analyze results, and support related initiatives.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in investigative work, including interviews and data analysis.
* Experience developing policies and supporting documentation.
* Ability to manage confidential information with strict confidentiality standards.
* Proven track record of creating and executing programs at scale.
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
