What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver pre-set lesson content confidently and clearly
* Uphold school behaviour policies and manage classroom expectations
* Provide feedback to heads of department following cover lessons
* Support students with questions and keep them on task
* Considerable behavioural management skills with experience.
* Have a unique and creative approach to their teaching.
* Have a passion for the students wellbeing as well as commitment for safeguarding measures.
* Organized, flexible and reliable.

* Graduates looking to gain classroom experience before undertakingteacher training
* Individuals with experience working with children or young people in schools or youth settings
