Emtec Facility Services are on the lookout for a Contracts Manager to join the team based at our HQ in Uddingston. In this role you will hold full P&L responsibility and accountability ensuring the safe operational delivery of multiple clients mobile and static sites. The Role Ensuring Secure and Efficient Delivery - encompassing planned preventative maintenance, statutory compliance, reactive repairs, and quotations. Full contractual compliance and profit and loss responsibility. Manage a team of administrators, helpdesk staff, technical support, supervisors, and engineers. Monitoring the quality and safety standards of Emtec Facility Services operatives Subcontractor Management Effectively planning and scheduling all tasks Ensuring data control and accuracy Analysing reports including PPM WIP, WIP, Statutory Compliance and job costing Meeting client SLAs and reporting monthly on performance and innovation. Conducting monthly client reviews including the collation of monthly reports Monitor the collation of quotations and review all cost cards before being submitted for valuation. Continuously improving contractual processes through audits and innovation. What you will need to succeed Previous experience in a people management role in the Facility Services sector Strong grasp of contracts of this nature, statutory compliance, and service delivery. Proficiency in using CAFM systems. Finance System Experience (NAV Dynamics preferred) Excellent experience in Microsoft Office, especially advanced excel. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiating skills. Sound knowledge of health and safety in the workplace. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to establish and nurture good working relationships. Full UK Driving licence is essential.
