Customer Service Representative Location: Bradford, Thornbury Salary: Starting at £25,800 - £26,700 after probation Working Hours: Mon-Fri 09:30-17:30, alternate Saturdays 09:00-17:00 Hybrid Working: Available after probation We're looking for a motivated and empathetic individual to join our Billing team as a Customer Service Representative. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling billing queries, updating account information, and ensuring a smooth and supportive experience across all channels. What You'll Do Respond to customer billing queries with clarity and care Resolve issues efficiently and escalate when needed Identify and support vulnerable customers Maintain accurate customer records Contribute to performance targets and service improvementsWhat We're Looking For Essential: 6 months in a customer service role Strong communication and emotional intelligence Good maths and English (GCSE Level 4 or equivalent) IT proficiency and ability to use multiple systems Calm under pressure and adaptable to changeDesirable: Contact centre experience Stakeholder management and influencing skills Experience supporting or training colleaguesWhy Join Us?
