ROLE: Project Manager – Electricity Connections (ICP)
HOURS: 40 hours per week
LOCATION: Based in Bromsgrove, with site travel across the UK

We're looking for a Project Manager – Electricity Connections (ICP) who will manage the delivery of high‑voltage electricity connections and EV charging infrastructure across a varied portfolio of projects.
Role Responsibilities
1. Manage all aspects of contestable electricity connections up to and including 33kV, alongside EV infrastructure installations, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
2. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, DNOs, iDNOs, and subcontractors to meet project programmes, specifications, and client expectations.
3. Establish and maintain full financial control of projects, including forecasting costs, managing variations, and controlling budgets throughout delivery.
4. Plan, manage, and update project programmes, milestones, and deliverables, responding effectively to changes and risks.
5. Promote and demonstrate a strong culture of Health, Safety, and Quality across all project activities and site operations.
Required Qualifications
6. Project management related qualification – Essential
7. Driver's licence – Essential
8. In‑depth knowledge of HV and LV installations – Essential
9. Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills – Essential
10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure – Essential
