Overview
The Pillar of Salt in Droitwich is a family friendly pub with a real local atmosphere. It has a fantastic beer garden for the customers to enjoy our selection of food and drinks in the sun if they choose.
The pub is situated in the middle of a housing estate so capitalises on the local footfall. It is a large one room pub with clear separation of a sports area and dining on area to satisfy our customers needs and wants. There is a large car park and it currently offers a company menu, carvery on a Sunday and has sports viewing.
We are looking for an operator that has food experience and knows the local area well to continue the great work that has been conducted at site.
The pub is currently turning over £9000 per week on a 80/20 wet lead split but there is an opportunity to grow food sales further.
The large accommodation is on the first floor of building and comprises of a kitchen, lounge, office, 3 bedrooms and bathroom.

* 22% share of weekly sales (excluding VAT) plus a guaranteed annual retained sum of £25K (released weekly)
