About the Role
Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting fully qualified teachers across Kent who are looking for their next role within education. We are working with a large network of mainstream primary and secondary schools, as well as SEN and SEMH provisions, and are seeking passionate educators to support pupils across KS1–KS5.
These roles offer opportunities in a range of educational settings, including mainstream primary schools, mainstream secondary schools, and specialist SEN/SEMH units, allowing teachers to find positions that suit their experience and career aspirations.
Requirements
To be considered for these roles, candidates must:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have previous teaching experience within UK schools
Be confident teaching within their relevant Key Stage (KS1–KS5)
Demonstrate strong classroom management and lesson delivery
Be committed to supporting pupil progress, engagement, and wellbeing
Experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs is advantageous for specialist settings.
