This role is pivotal in expanding our property market footprint and driving success in our Auctions division. Your Role: List properties for auction and provide expert guidance to clients. Develop strong client relationships, ensuring a seamless sales process. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve growth and success. Key Responsibilities: Instruct properties for auction and create effective sales strategies. Coordinate property valuations, inspections, appraisals, and marketing. Advise clients on best practices for successful auction outcomes. Required Skills & Experience: Extensive property sector experience Proven ability to win and close business.
